Zlayt AI, a litigation automation platform, is seeking a Product Manager to own the product from problem to shipped feature. You will collaborate with the founders and engineering to decide what to build, why, and in what order, ensuring it ships and delivers real value to lawyers and legal assistants who use it daily.

This builder’s role involves writing first specs, conducting structured discovery, and establishing decision-making processes in a small, early-stage team.

Qualifications

• Shipped a 0-to-1 software product or major feature as the accountable PM.
• Able to read a technical design and discuss APIs, data models, or model behavior.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or working with LLMs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap from problem to shipped feature.
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Define how features should behave and test outputs with real legal work products.
• Run discovery and feedback loops with early customers, including Zinda Law Group as a major client.
• Define and track metrics like adoption, time saved, and output quality.
