Theo Ai is building cutting-edge legal AI tools and you will own one product line from discovery to delivery. You’ll translate litigators’ workflows into clear requirements and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal Ops, and GTM to ship impactful features.

You’ll be the voice of the customer, shaping product direction with experiments, metrics, and rapid iteration, while collaborating with a small, high-ownership team in a hybrid SF setting.

Qualifications

• J.D., LLM, or equivalent law degree required.
• Practical litigation experience including research, case strategy, discovery, and trial prep.
• 1-3+ years in product management or related roles translating needs into product improvements.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex legal concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand litigation workflows and translate feedback into requirements.
• Own roadmap and delivery for one legal AI product, balancing current needs with future direction.
• Drive execution across engineering, design and data science; manage backlog and PRDs.
• Keep leadership aligned on what’s built, trade-offs, and landing timelines.
• Collaborate with account management and sales during discovery and demos.
• Define success metrics and use experiments to guide direction.
