Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience, with a track record shipping data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and healthcare data.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and user experience research.
• Excellent communication and ability to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executives around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and scenario modeling.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle, with prioritized agile backlog and high-quality user stories.
