iCapital Network seeks an Analyst or Associate to support Product Managers for the IAS funds operations. Responsibilities include data management, reporting, marketing content, and cross-functional workflow tools.

You will help automate processes and conduct market research to inform product strategy and business development. The role offers equity for all full-time employees, a performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid office schedule with some remote days.

Aufgaben

• Support product managers with data, reporting, and marketing content.
• Develop workflow tools and AI-driven capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency via automation.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for product, investment, and sales teams.
• Assist with portfolio reporting, regulatory and investor activity tracking.
• Coordinate with partners and onboarding documentation for platforms.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Document meetings and track action items to ensure timely delivery.
