Job summary

e.biT Consulting seeks an AI Business Analyst to join the Technology Product & Strategy team supporting Investments. You will translate priorities from the Product Manager into practical AI-enabled solutions with investment professionals, while collaborating with Engineering to build reusable platform capabilities.

The role focuses on AI-augmented research solutions across investment strategy groups, then moves into portfolio construction analytics and modeling. Onsite/hybrid with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in investment management, investment research, portfolio management, or a related investment role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to surface real business problems and translate priorities into solutions.
• Build and iterate fast using the firm's AI-enabled tooling, favoring reusable platform capabilities over custom engineering.
• Spot the patterns worth turning into reusable platform capabilities.
• Own solutions through rollout: stakeholder coordination, training, adoption.
