iCapital is seeking an Analyst to service its rapidly growing client base within the Investor Relations team, collaborating with investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel on iCapital’s technology platform.

The role emphasizes high-quality client support, assisting fund managers with fundraising, and contributing to special projects for senior management; office Monday-Thursday with Friday remote.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 0-2+ years in financial services, client service or investor relations in alternatives.
• Team player with cross-functional experience.
• Passion for client services and exceeding client expectations.
• Wealth management or SAAS/wealth tech exposure preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing client and advisor support via inbound phone and email inquiries; deliver timely, accurate responses; escalate issues as needed; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support high-profile fund managers in fundraising by assisting clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings.
• Assist with special projects for Senior Management in support of iCapital’s businesses.
