Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a product manager
• Analytical approach with measurable operational improvements
• Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements
• Strong analytics tool background (GA, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
• Simplify complexities for non‑engineers (attorneys, paralegals, operations)
• Demonstrated success coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Decipher ambiguities to drive clear requirements
• Willing to hybrid work at least 3 days/week in El Segundo, CA

Responsibilities

• Identify manual processes and inefficiencies that automation can address.
• Run POCs and pilots to test feasibility of ideas.
• Collaborate with UX/Engineering to design and build automation solutions.
• Define and articulate technical requirements bridging product and engineering.
• Coordinate rollouts across teams and external partners for adoption.
• Note: this is an individual contributor role.
