Research applicable laws, regulations, codes, and publications.
Coordinate legal documents, invoices, audits, and special projects.
Support due diligence for potential M&A and corporate activities.
Leverage AI tools for rapid legal research and drafting using prompts.
Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow automation (Zapier/Make/macros).
Train and maintain internal AI knowledge bases with secure data usage.
Quality check AI outputs against primary sources for accuracy.
