Job summary

Filevine is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shape AI tool features and platform initiatives. You will work with Senior PMs, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to turn legal workflows and real-time AI transcripts into practical product features.

You will write user stories, manage backlogs, and help define acceptance criteria while collaborating to deliver intuitive software for complex legal workflows. Salt Lake City HQ focus requires periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management, APM roles, or closely related positions in SaaS.
• Education: B.S. or M.S. in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum SDLC and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate feedback into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating business needs into technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, actionable user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven features.
• Execute LOIS-powered capabilities like automated deposition summaries and real-time AI analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX designers to turn customer needs into software solutions.
• Groom and slice backlog for incremental delivery and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Engage in customer calls, analyze usage metrics, and inform feature decisions.
• Assist with UAT testing and create release notes, docs, and training materials.
