You will decide what operators can do autonomously, design quick verification of their work, and define clear next steps when cases are opened.

Qualifications

• Experience owning meaningful product work from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Deep understanding of user journeys and operational workflows.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear experiences and actionable steps.
• Ability to reason about how people and AI agents work together to enable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operator experience at Finch and align it with the needs of operators, law firms, and clients.
• Design verification processes for agent work and determine when human sign-off is required.
• Define the next actions and visibility when a case file is opened, including progress and blockers.
