Qualifications

• 2+ years of production software experience.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products or agents.
• Ability to turn real workflows into dependable systems.
• Proficiency in Python; comfortable with React and LLM APIs.
• Strong instincts for agent design and failure recovery.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade voice, browser, document, and workflow agents.
• Design long-horizon agent systems with context and memory.
• Own evaluation flywheel turning feedback into benchmarks.
• Optimize performance via model routing, tool design, observability.
• Ensure reliability across calls, documents, and portals.
• Rapidly ship AI features that improve quality, speed, or cost.
