Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in an early or growth-stage B2B environment.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product areas and competing priorities.
• Self-directed ability to operate in a lean team.
• AI fluency and experience using AI tools.
• Ability to take on program management or cross-functional coordination responsibilities.
• Good understanding of software technologies, cybersecurity, and development.
• Industry experience in energy, utilities, or closely related infrastructure sectors.
• Nice to Have: experience with distributed energy resources, utility tariffs and rate structures, and grid services.
• Nice to Have: experience with security compliance or certifications such as ISO or SOC 2
• Nice to Have: experience with data center operations or infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead products from discovery through launch with engineering and design.
• Develop understanding of internal customers through research.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap across concurrent workstreams.
• Make product decisions based on user research, business context, technical feasibility, and ROI.
• Define and track outcomes.
• Partner on software strategy and inform product direction.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across analysis, business development, asset management, and engineering.
• Leverage AI to improve productivity and integrate AI into products.
• Drive internal AI adoption across the organization.
• Steer ISO certification program with external consultants.
• Coordinate cybersecurity priorities with IT and Engineering.
• Coordinate product releases and provide demos and training.
• Contribute to team standards and improve PM operations
