Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation seeks a mid‑level Product Manager to join the HR Product team, helping to design, build, and scale AI‑driven HR tools and automations that improve efficiency and decision‑making. You will own product areas, drive the roadmap, and work across engineering, design, and business stakeholders from intake through launch.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management within enterprise tech or HR tech, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Asana.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise technology or HR tech
• A true self-starter — someone who sees what needs to be done, does it, and raises the bar for how the team operates
• You don’t wait to be told; you identify the gap, propose the solution, and lead by example
• Experience using visualization tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.), process mapping tools (Lucid Chart, etc.), and prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, etc.)
• Remarkable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear PRDs, crisp stakeholder updates, and documentation that others can build from
• Experience running agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and managing delivery in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities without losing quality, momentum, or stakeholder trust
• Experience with UI/UX and product design, preferably in productivity tools that leverage AI and align to business objectives
• Ability to measure adoption, run user feedback sessions, and evaluate the user journey and determine opportunities for improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Product Lead to advance the HR technology roadmap
• Own product areas over time and build domain expertise
• Lead end-to-end delivery from intake to launch, ensuring impact and progress across cross-functional teams
• Translate complex business needs into structured PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable Jira tickets
• Create process maps and prototypes to communicate product design and functionality
• Run and improve sprint ceremonies in coordination with engineers and platform developers
• Champion change management and develop training materials for adoption
