Job summary

Candor Health is seeking a product manager to own multiple roadmaps and drive data and AI feature development for healthcare insights in the US market. You will translate client feedback into actionable roadmap items and work with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives.

You will lead research and prototyping for 0-to-1 features, ensure data quality, and track regulatory requirements affecting provider data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building data or AI features from idea to launch.
• Customer focused mindset; skilled at gathering requirements from clients and prospects.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to data problems.
• Decisive and skilled at analyzing technical and timeline tradeoffs with engineering, solutions, and QA teams.
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment with fast-paced release cycles is a plus.
• Experience in healthtech or provider/payer data (network management, directories, claims) is a plus.
• Background in software engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for several product areas, aligned with Head of Product and executive leadership.
• Interface with clients and prospects to learn how they use Candor data and translate requests into roadmap items.
• Conduct data research to build 0-to-1 features and improve existing features; define problem, scope, success criteria, and rollout plan.
• Investigate data quality issues: sample data, diagnose causes, prioritize fixes.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, build prototypes, and evaluate models.
• Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Set accuracy targets and report progress against them.
• Write release notes and keep product documentation current.
• Track regulations affecting provider data (CMS directories, No Surprises Act) and translate into requirements.
