Job summary

This hybrid role offers onsite collaboration in San Francisco, CA or Carmel, IN and requires strong product leadership.

You will own roadmaps, write requirements, and work with engineering, UX, QA, security, and compliance to bring solutions from discovery through launch, with a focus on responsible AI

Qualifications

• Three+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing product roadmaps and defining requirements
• Strong understanding of software product development and Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps
• Willingness to travel periodically to the United States and Canada
• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog priorities, and lifecycle management for assigned product areas.
• Define product goals, customer needs, business objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Guide product development with cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.
• Develop business cases for new products and enhancements.
• Support go-to-market strategies, launches, and customer communications.
