Job summary

Candor Health is seeking a Product Manager to own roadmap and execute data/AI features for healthcare provider data. You will translate client feedback into roadmap items, collaborate with engineering, solutions, and QA, and shape products with a data-driven mindset.

You will interface with clients, conduct data research, write specifications, and help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in a fast-paced healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building data or AI features from idea to launch.
• Customer focused mindset and requirements gathering.
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on data problem solving.
• Decisive with engineering and QA tradeoffs in fast releases.
• Experience in healthtech or provider/payer data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for several product areas with leadership alignment.
• Interface with clients to translate feedback into roadmap items.
• Conduct data research to build new features and improve existing ones.
• Investigate data quality issues and prioritize fixes.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, prototype, and evaluate models.
• Evaluate model performance and track accuracy targets.
• Write release notes and keep product documentation current.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into requirements.
