Job summary

DraftKings in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape risk-case decisioning using AI, automation, and customer self-service. You will own the strategy and roadmap for risk resolution, collaborating across Risk Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Controls & Compliance.

You’ll define the end-to-end lifecycle for case types, routing, and evidence, and lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• 7+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in fraud, risk, gaming/fintech is a plus.
• Translate complex needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven prioritization and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive an outcome-based roadmap for risk case decisioning across AI-assisted review, case automation, self-service, and case management.
• Partner with Risk Operations to understand case handling, analyze data, and prioritize opportunities with the greatest impact.
• Define the right resolution paths for different case types (automation, AI support, self-service, or human review).
• Shape end-to-end case lifecycle including states, routing, queues, and evidence requirements.
• Lead discovery and execution with Engineering, Data Science, Controls & Compliance, and other partners.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate automation rates, workload reduction, and cost.
• Represent case resolution in upstream decisions affecting orchestration and tooling.
• Build auditability into automated decisions with Compliance to meet standards.
