Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape how we resolve risk cases using AI, automation, and self-service, aligning with risk operations, engineering, data science, analytics, and controls & compliance. You will define strategy and the roadmap for risk case resolution across multiple platforms to scale decisions while preventing fraud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or large-scale operations automation.
• Proven ability to define strategy, build roadmaps and lead complex initiatives.
• Analytical, data-driven with strong collaboration across disciplines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive an outcome-based roadmap for risk case decisioning across AI-assisted review, case automation, self-service, and case management.
• Partner with Risk Operations to understand cases, agent time, and performance data to prioritize opportunities.
• Define resolution paths for different case types and determine automation/self-service/human review balance.
• Shape end-to-end case lifecycle, including types, states, routing, queues, and evidence needs.
• Lead discovery and execution with Engineering, Data Science, Controls & Compliance; translate needs into clear requirements.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate automation rates, workload reduction, and cost.
• Represent case resolution in upstream decisions and ensure auditability of decisions.
• Collaborate with Controls & Compliance to meet AML and Responsible Gaming standards.
