Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions (ODS) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of digital products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, customer success, and business stakeholders to define, develop, launch, and continuously improve products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of product management experience supporting digital products.
Experience working with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience managing products using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for assigned products or product lines.
Translate prioritized business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities into Product requirements, supporting the development of user stories and refined backlogs.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, marketing, analytics, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to successfully deliver new products and enhancements.
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, understanding pain points, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Define product success metrics and analyze performance data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and prioritize enhancements.
Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Partner with UX designers to develop user workflows, prototypes, and usability testing plans that improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
Drive product innovation by evaluating new ideas, validating concepts through prototyping and user testing, and recommending new capabilities.
Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints when making product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
Agile Product Development practices (such as Program Increment (PI) planning) while working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
