Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Product Leader to own the strategy and roadmap for a flagship dashboard product that centralizes control for individual users, teams, and enterprise accounts on a developer infrastructure platform.

The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco with anchor days in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and reports to the Product Lead. You will drive a personalized, agent-aware experience to help customers ship software faster.

Qualifications

• Track record shipping developer-facing products end-to-end (dashboards/control planes).
• Strong information architecture instincts and ability to simplify complex products.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day product workflows.
• Experience running experiments and partnering with product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term product vision, prioritization, and delivery plan for the dashboard surface.
• Shape how autonomous agents operate inside the dashboard and suggest changes.
• Shift experience from passive lookup to proactive guidance with insights and actions.
• Define information architecture and patterns; partner with adjacent product areas for cohesive surfaces.
• Maintain high performance and quality with engineering to keep the dashboard fast and responsive.
• Design and run experiments to measure onboarding, adoption, and engagement across user segments.
