Avetta is seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery, definition, and delivery for Connect. You’ll translate customer needs into features, partner with UX and engineering, and shape the product roadmap across a SaaS vertical.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise SaaS, strong analytics, and proven collaboration across teams. Hybrid in-office requirement applies for US-based commuting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years enterprise SaaS product management.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Strong customer research and problem validation.
• Agile/Scrum with backlog tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Serve as voice of the customer to improve UX and solve pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to prototype and validate solutions.
• Lead communications on product enhancements and roadmap with marketing.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Track KPIs and drive data-informed product improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft messaging and docs.
