CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change organization and seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insights generation—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You’ll own end-to-end product delivery and manage ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with Data Science/Engineering.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to translate ambiguous processes into requirements.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake or prioritization workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytics product from requirements through launch.
• Triage and prioritize ad hoc analytics requests against the roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to clarify requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard/report design.
• Support engineering and data science with requirement clarification and sprint ceremonies.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product adoption metrics and drive improvements.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leadership.
