Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change Product function and seeks a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You’ll own end-to-end product delivery and manage ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management
• 2+ years cross-functional work with Data Science/Engineering
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements
• 2+ years stakeholder management
• 2+ years Agile experience
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboards
• 1+ years managing an intake queue or similar prioritization workflow

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product from requirements through launch and iteration
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements via user research and SME interviews
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard design
• Support engineering and data science through clarification and sprint ceremonies
• Run Agile ceremonies and drive best practices
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics to guide improvements
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmaps to leadership
