Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Search AI Developer Tools Platform, shaping agentic development solutions and AI-assisted developer tools that transform software engineering. You will work cross-functionally to translate PRDs into actionable OKRs and define roadmaps that align with business strategy.

You will partner with engineers, designers, and product teams to launch impactful features, assess market opportunities, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate PRDs into actionable OKRs for the AI Developer Tools Platform.
• Define product roadmaps and operationalize strategy for new agentic development solutions.
• Develop and secure buy-in for a compelling product goal that drives the adoption of AI-assisted tools.
• Validate the market size and user-based strategic opportunities for new features.
• Drive the end-to-end launch, maintenance, and iteration of developer-facing AI products with cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions (e.g., autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted developer tools, or equivalent) for software engineering.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants or equivalent platforms).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI-transformation initiatives at your workplace.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, tooling, and workflows.
