Job summary

Google Search is expanding AI capabilities with AI Overviews and AI Mode to serve billions of users worldwide. As a Product Manager, you will guide concepts to launch, collaborating with Search Intelligence, Research, engineering and UX to shape quality improvements across GenAI features.

You will translate complex problems into actionable product plans, drive cross-functional execution, and balance technical feasibility with user needs to deliver trusted, helpful AI-powered search experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with GenAI model training or quality experience.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Understand engaged GenAI + Search product landscape.
• Work closely across Search Intelligence, GDM/Research and cross-functional (XFN) teams to define product strategy for key modeling capabilities and quality improvements that drive more helpful conversational experiences and unlock new use cases.
