Google is hiring a Product Manager for the AI Developer Tools Platform within Google Search. You will guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business worlds, and collaborating with engineers, UX, and marketing to deliver AI-enabled developer tools that reshape software engineering workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate PRDs into actionable OKRs for the AI Developer Tools Platform.
• Define product roadmaps and operationalize strategy for new agentic development solutions.
• Develop and secure buy-in for a compelling product goal that drives adoption of AI-assisted tools.
• Validate the market size and user-based strategic opportunities for new AI features.
• Drive end-to-end launch, maintenance, and iteration of developer-facing AI products with cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions (e.g., autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted developer tools, or equivalent) for software engineering.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants or equivalent platforms).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI-transformation initiatives at your workplace.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, tooling, and workflows.
