Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager for the Search AI Developer Tools Platform (ADP) to lead AI-driven developer tools and agentic development solutions. You will guide products from conception to launch, translating complex ideas into executable plans with cross-functional teams.

Based in the US, you will shape the development lifecycle, collaborate with engineers, and drive AI-transformation initiatives that enhance software delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions for software engineering.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate PRDs into actionable OKRs for the AI Developer Tools Platform.
• Define product roadmaps and operationalize strategy for new agentic development solutions.
• Develop and secure buy-in for a compelling product goal for AI-assisted tools.
• Validate market size and user-based strategic opportunities for new features.
• Drive end-to-end launch, maintenance, and iteration of developer-facing AI products.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions (e.g., autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted developer tools, or equivalent) for software engineering.
• 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants or equivalent platforms).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI-transformation initiatives at your workplace.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, tooling, and workflows.
