Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Product Manager for a recent MBA graduate to own a customer-facing area of the HeartFlow platform, integrating into hospital workflows and IT environments. You will balance customer insight, business judgment, and technical curiosity to decide what to build and why, collaborating with experienced product leaders.

Qualifications

• MBA is required or recently completed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in product management, engineering, consulting, healthcare, medical devices, or health tech.
• Experience with FDA-regulated software or SaMD is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~20%; on-site in San Francisco, CA or Rohnert Park, CA.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on-site with cardiologists, radiologists, CT technologists, and health-system admins to understand CCTA workflows end-to-end.
• Define how Heartflow fits into clinical and IT environments; enable EMR, PACS, and reporting integrations.
• Write user needs, use cases, and functional requirements; partner with UX to wireframes and drive design reviews.
• Build business cases for features and extensions; prioritize roadmap with leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scope, assess prototypes, and prioritize defects by patient impact.
• Coordinate launch readiness with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Education; monitor adoption post-release.
