HeartFlow is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to own product analytics for the HeartFlow platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to understand which features drive retention and utilization, and how high-adoption sites differ from low-adoption ones.

You will design experiments, build instrumentation, and develop dashboards, while applying AI tools to accelerate analysis and make product insights accessible across the company.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytical agenda for the Heartflow platform, identifying features, workflows, and behaviors that drive adoption, retention and utilization.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, feature flags, staged rollouts) with rigorous hypotheses and metrics.
• Define and maintain a product metrics framework with activation, engagement, retention, and adoption metrics aligned to commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering to design and implement event tracking and QA processes for trustworthy product data.
• Build cohort, funnel, and lifecycle analyses to understand ramp, engagement, and churn risk.
• Create dashboards and self-service reporting (Tableau, Mixpanel) for real-time product performance visibility.
• Define launch success criteria and measure post-launch performance with structured readouts.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback to form a complete customer experience picture.
• Champion AI and LLM tools across the analytics workflow to scale impact.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with Heartflow policies in a regulated medical device environment.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear narratives and visuals.
