Xenia is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for production AI agents and the data infrastructure that feeds them, driving scale across thousands of locations.

You'll translate enterprise needs into a disciplined product plan, partner with engineering, and ensure data quality, governance, and credible data for AI-driven insights.

Hybrid Chicago, IL; 5+ years PM in data platforms or AI/ML-powered features preferred; B2B SaaS background welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, integrations, API-driven products, or AI/ML features.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for production AI agents, expanding capabilities and reliability across thousands of locations.
• Own the data infrastructure roadmap: ingestion, normalization, and third-party integrations.
• Define and evangelize a normalized data model for diverse customer data sources.
• Set data quality, credibility, and governance standards behind AI-generated insights.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear specs for engineering and product teams.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to align delivery with timelines.
• Establish metrics to measure agent performance and impact to guide future work.
