Job summary

EZLynx, a division of Applied, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape AI-powered features and agentic workflows. You will partner with engineers and data scientists to prototype, test, and iterate while presenting the roadmap to executives.

The role emphasizes delivering customer value through AI-enabled software in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The position requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in AI product development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered or agentic product features to market.
• SaaS product experience required; insurance industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives agentic product strategy for an assigned area.
• Leads end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production.
• Influences the roadmap using customer input, market data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Develops and tracks KPIs for product and feature performance, including AI adoption.
• Owns product ROI linking investments to customer value, ARR and retention.
• Identifies and drives process improvements across the team.
• Defines and owns strategy and roadmap for agentic and AI-powered features.
• Collaborates with engineering and data science to prototype and iterate AI workflows.
• Defines problem statements and success criteria for AI features; tests hypotheses.
• Leads cross-functional teams through full development cycles from discovery to GTM.
