SEGMENT360 is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for AI-driven agents. You will decide which systems to build, scope engagements, and ensure they ship and run in production, working closely with engineers and operators from scoping through launch and monthly outcome reviews.

You will bring product experience with data or AI products, strong scope judgment, and clear writing, owning outcomes rather than just specs, in a remote-first environment with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• Product experience shipping technical products, ideally data or AI, that real people used.
• Strong judgment about scope: cut the right 80 percent and protect the 20 that matters.
• You write clearly and decide quickly, owning outcomes, not just specs.
• Genuine curiosity about how agentic systems behave in production.

Responsibilities

• Decide which agents to build, for whom, and in what order.
• Define the product and success metrics; ensure it ships and runs in production.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators from scoping to monthly readouts.
• Sharpen messaging: positioning, pricing inputs, and the story of capabilities.
