Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams, own and refine the backlog, define use cases, track key metrics, and drive platform adoption while aligning with LOB partners and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across LOB teams, technical leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand API integration patterns and agent architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk, and reliability.
• Develops and owns the LOB partnership strategy for the agentic platform and onboarding frameworks.
• Leads discovery and scoping with LOB stakeholders to define use cases and delivery milestones.
• Owns and maintains a delivery backlog across multiple LOB partnerships, managing dependencies and trade-offs.
• Builds the framework for tracking LOB delivery health and adoption outcomes with platform and analytics teams.
