Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Agentic Experience organization to lead end-to-end product life cycles, act as the voice of the customer, and develop profitable products that deliver clear client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, resilient, and high-quality product launches, gathering feedback and ensuring a superior client experience across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand API integration patterns and platform dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and evolves a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Defines LOB partnership strategy for the agentic platform and onboarding.
• Leads discovery with LOBs to define use cases and requirements.
• Maintains delivery backlogs across multiple LOBs, managing dependencies.
• Builds a framework to track delivery health and adoption outcomes with analytics.
