Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in Agentic Treasury Services to lead end-to-end product life cycles and act as the voice of the customer.

You will guide launches, gather feedback, and deliver scalable, secure products with strong client experiences in a highly collaborative environment. You will collaborate across teams to drive value, manage risks, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs while ensuring stability and resiliency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage business partners, technology resources, SMEs, UI design, QA, UAT, and related groups.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excessive attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
• Strong relationship management and ability to build trust quickly.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Plays a critical role in incident response; facilitates Product communication deliverables during production outages.
• Demonstrates judgment to mitigate risk; fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified.
• Understands risk and contributes to an effective and efficient control environment.
• Instills a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, and identifies growth areas for the team.
• Communicates effectively and builds a shared understanding.
• Invests in relationships and improves collaboration with a "one team" mentality.
