Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a customer-first Product Manager in Atlanta to help shape the future of Agentic Commerce for restaurant operators. You will own roadmaps, translate customer insights into requirements, and collaborate across Engineering, UX, Data, and Sales to deliver integrated commerce capabilities.

You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities, validate experiments, and enable AI-powered workflows that simplify workflows, enhance guest experiences, and drive merchant value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or related leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS, digital commerce, payments, loyalty, ordering, POS, customer engagement, or platform solutions.
• Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, and product execution skills.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, platform products, or ecosystem-based solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support product decisions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in complex and fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery for assigned product areas.
• Translate customer problems into requirements, success metrics, and launch plans.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Coordinate dependencies across product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Improve ordering, payments, loyalty, stored value, offers, fulfillment, and engagement capabilities.
• Support platform integrations, APIs, and interoperability initiatives.
• Enable AI-powered and agent-assisted workflows that improve merchant and guest experiences.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams to improve adoption and customer outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Use data, experimentation, and continuous learning to drive product improvements.
