NCR Voyix is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager in Atlanta to shape agentic commerce for restaurant operators. This role sits at the intersection of commerce, customer experience, and AI technologies, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify problems and deliver integrated capabilities that drive merchant value.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management or related leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS, digital commerce, payments, loyalty, ordering, or POS.
• Strong discovery, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/CS/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with restaurant operators to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery for assigned product areas.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, and Architecture to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Coordinate dependencies across product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Improve ordering, payments, loyalty, and engagement experiences.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics.
