Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an Agentforce Product Manager in East Hanover, NJ (hybrid: 3 days on-site Mon-Thu, 2 remote).

Lead the enterprise Agentforce capability roadmap for governed AI agents using Data 360 as the context layer, coordinating with Data Cloud, AI governance, and architecture teams. You will own intake, prioritization, backlog refinement, and guardrails, ensuring safe, scalable agent patterns across marketing, sales, and future functions while driving adoption and

Qualifications

5+ years of product management, AI product, CRM platform, automation, data platform, or enterprise SaaS experience.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled product delivery, agent workflows, grounding & context, access controls, evaluation and governance.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce or comparable enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage Agentforce intake and prioritize requests leveraging Data 360 and enterprise reuse potential.
Define Agentforce roadmap, reusable capability model, and sequencing for initial marketing and sales use cases.
Prioritize enterprise demand based on value, governance risk, data availability, and delivery capacity.
Translate use cases into epics, features, and user stories with guardrails and release plans.
Partner with Data Cloud and AI governance to define governed data context for agents.
Coordinate PI planning with Data Cloud, architecture, security, privacy, and governance teams.
Embed responsible AI governance and oversee reviews, policies, and human oversight.
Lead delivery with Center of Excellence to design, build, test, release reusable capabilities.
Measure impact and adoption; communicate outcomes to stakeholders and governance bodies.
