Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Product Manager for Agentforce to own the enterprise capability roadmap and backlog for governed AI agents leveraging Data 360 as a trusted context layer. You will manage intake, define reusable patterns, coordinate Data Cloud dependencies, and partner with AI governance to ensure responsible deployment across marketing, sales, and future areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, AI product, CRM platform, automation, data platform, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce or comparable enterprise AI and customer data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an agile roadmap and backlog across business, Data Cloud, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance stakeholders.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agentforce intake: Receive and qualify requests for Agentforce capabilities leveraging Data 360.
• Set capability strategy and roadmap for Agentforce across initial marketing and sales use cases.
• Prioritize enterprise demand using value, governance, data availability, and delivery capacity.
• Own and refine the backlog into epics, features, and user stories for Agentforce.
• Define governed context patterns in collaboration with Data Cloud teams.
• Coordinate PI planning with Data Cloud, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance.
• Embed responsible AI governance with Nova OS and DDIT AI Governance.
• Lead delivery with Center of Excellence to design, build, test, release, and support Agentforce capabilities.
• Validate quality and safety with acceptance criteria for grounding, access control, reliability, and escalation.
• Drive adoption with training and operations teams; capture feedback and evidence for improvement.
