Job summary

Novartis seeks an accomplished Product Manager for the Agentforce capability, reporting to the Director, PO Audience Activation & Marketing Intelligence. You will own the enterprise backlog for governed AI agents using Data 360 as context, coordinating with Data Cloud and AI governance teams across marketing and sales.

Based in East Hanover, NJ on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) on a 12-month contract, you will define roadmaps, prioritize demand, and ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data, technology, business, engineering, computer science, or related field required.
• 5+ years of product management, AI product, CRM platform, automation, data platform, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product delivery, agent workflows, grounding and context, access controls, evaluation, and governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce or comparable platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate AI opportunities for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define Agentforce backlog and intake processes for Data 360-backed capabilities.
• Set the capability strategy and roadmap across marketing and sales use cases.
• Prioritize enterprise demand using governance risk, data availability, and delivery capacity.
• Refine backlog into epics, features, and user stories with guardrails.
• Coordinate with Data Cloud, architecture, security, and AI governance teams.
