Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product development, or consulting in healthcare with strong strategic focus.
• 3+ years managing performance metrics and delivering client commitments.
• 3+ years analyzing product financial performance for affordability or P&L.
• 3+ years presenting analyses to clients, vendors, or executives.
• 2+ years cross-functional project experience with adaptable direction.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Finance and Analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze utilization trends and population health risks to unlock affordability levers.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI with product owners to prove value and guide decisions.
• Support development of capabilities and value stories aligned with market trends.
• Develop client-level affordability monitoring mechanisms and insights.
