The Product Manager will shape market opportunities, define product direction, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, rapid execution in a fast-growing Series B environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 1+ years at a high growth tech startup.
• Experience at Series A–D startup.
• Experience with engineers and designers on B2B software.
• Led at least one successful product line at a high-growth startup.
• Strong business, design, and technical sense.
• Experience using AI tools in workflow (Cursor, Claude).
• Strong stance on AI usage and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
• Translate opportunities into actionable roadmaps and plans.
• Own roadmap, prioritize, and communicate rationale.
• Write product specs for cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects end-to-end from inception to production.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver projects.
• Develop messaging for products for various audiences.
• Measure success using metrics and feedback.
• Leverage non-software solutions when needed.
• Foster cross-functional alignment on product updates.
