Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Product Management leader with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to shape modern advisor and client platform experiences, spanning onboarding, servicing, reporting, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with executives, engineering, data, UX, and operations teams to drive delivery in an AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related Product Management roles.
• Strong experience with advisor platforms, client portals, custodians, onboarding, servicing, and wealth reporting ecosystems.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise platforms in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, integrations, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred).
• Practical experience using GenAI / AI-enabled workflows within product, delivery, or operational teams.
• Ability to operate across strategy, product, technology, data, and execution.
