Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern is seeking a Product Manager for FAS Digital & Analytics to shape advisor experiences and deliver analytics-driven products such as Portfolio Analytics and Risk Analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead product strategy from discovery to delivery.
• Experience with analytics or advisor technology in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for advisor-facing digital and analytics products.
• Partner with financial advisors, client-facing teams, researchers, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Lead product discovery efforts, translating customer problems and market opportunities into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and data teams to deliver high-quality experiences that drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and investments based on customer value and strategic alignment.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
• Drive evolution of portfolio analytics, risk analytics, and advisor workflow experiences.
• Build alignment across teams and stakeholders while maintaining a clear product vision.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to partners and leadership.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and customer-centered development.
