Job summary

Vanguard’s FAS Digital & Analytics group seeks a Product Manager to shape the advisor experience, leading strategy, roadmap and delivery for analytics products used by financial professionals to analyze portfolios, assess risk, and support client decisions.

You will collaborate with advisors, researchers, engineers, designers, and business leaders to create measurable value for clients and Vanguard, balancing customer needs with business goals in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics products for financial services or wealth management.
• Strong product management fundamentals and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for advisor-facing analytics products.
• Partner with advisors, researchers, engineers, and business leaders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Lead product discovery, translating problems into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and data teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Prioritize features based on value, alignment and measurable impact.
• Drive evaluation of product performance using data and insights.
