You will partner with quantitative researchers and engineers to shape analytics capabilities and data-driven investment workflows. The role blends product leadership with technical insight, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric features, dashboards, and signals.

Qualifications

• Extensive business experience with proven delivery experience and leading product delivery initiatives.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience working with quantitative research teams or investment signal generation is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of capabilities within the research studio environment, supporting knowledge management, analytics, dashboarding, and signal generation.
• Ensure the research studio environment is user-friendly and supports the diverse needs of investment teams.
• Influences and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to create best practices that drive change to client experience and anchor development to business outcomes.
• Coaches digital product teams towards best practices and supports messaging, communication, and client outreach as needed.
• Facilitates strong business support by promoting a consistent approach to decisions, impacts, and client propositions.
• Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads planning, development, and implementation of new product capabilities with cross‑divisional impact.
• Defines and analyzes markets, develops detailed product features and requirements, and creates implementation plans.
• Influences and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve user experience, including AI's role in analytics capabilities and user experience.
• Participates in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization; takes part in special projects.
