Competenze

• 7+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience developing complex hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities.

Mansioni

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
• Gather customer and market requirements and translate them into product priorities and specifications
• Lead cross‑functional product development across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supplychain, and field services
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural, and software design activities, including design reviews and technical milestones
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype through production, including validation, pilot builds, ECOs, and launch readiness
• Manage supplier and manufacturing partner relationships, including vendor qualification and sourcing support
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies and provide regular updates to executive leadership
• Support customer demonstrations, incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements, and assist with pricing and product positioning
• Develop product documentation, training materials, and technical content to support sales and marketing
