Job summary

ByteBridge is actively seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation infrastructure platform from concept through commercialization. You will define product strategy and manage the roadmap while coordinating engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners to deliver a highly integrated hardware solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant engineering/design field.
• 7+ years in Product Management or Technical Program Management.
• Experience developing complex hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., ENOVIA, PTC Windchill) and BOM management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Gather customer and market requirements and translate them into product priorities and specifications.
• Lead cross-functional product development across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and field services.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural, and software design activities, including design reviews and milestones.
• Lead New Product Introduction from prototype through production, including validation, pilot builds, ECOs, and launch readiness.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing, serviceability, manufacturability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier and manufacturing partner relationships, including vendor qualification and sourcing support.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies and report to leadership.
• Support customer demonstrations, incorporate feedback into product enhancements, and assist with pricing and positioning.
• Develop product documentation, training materials, and technical content to support sales and marketing.
