Qualifications

6-10 years of product management in digital advertising, adtech, or martech.
Experience turning business requirements into technical specs and working with tech teams.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising stack: ad serving, targeting, measurement and delivery.
Experience with third‑party technology integrations in advertising ecosystems.
Strong communication translating technical concepts for business audiences.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

Draft and translate business requirements into precise, tech‑ready specifications for Citi Commerce.
Partner with technology teams, aligning requirements and driving the product lifecycle.
Support product testing, UAT, and performance validation before launch.
Coordinate third‑party integrations with DSPs, ad servers, and measurement platforms.
Support governance, compliance approvals with legal and risk review.
Monitor post‑launch performance and surface optimization recommendations.
Ensure compliance with laws, policy and ethical standards.
