Job summary

Citi is seeking a Product Lead to own Citi Commerce's ad and offers roadmap, translating strategy into technical requirements and delivering features across the full lifecycle. You will be the primary day-to-day liaison between the commercial organization and technology teams, ensuring capabilities meet commercial and technical standards.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the forefront of Citi's emerging commerce business, requiring a strong background in digital advertising product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management within digital advertising, adtech, martech, or commerce media.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising technology stack, including ad serving, targeting, measurement, and delivery systems.
• Experience writing detailed technical requirements and working with technology teams through full product lifecycle.
• Experience managing third-party technology integrations within advertising ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute against the product roadmap for an assigned set of ad and offers capabilities, translating priorities into delivery plans and ensuring capabilities ship on time and to standard.
• Write and own detailed technical requirements and business specifications for engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between commercial and technology teams, aligning requirements and managing momentum through the lifecycle.
• Own third-party integrations within AdTech/MarTech ecosystems, including vendor onboarding and ongoing relationships.
• Lead product testing and QA, including UAT and performance validation, ensuring capabilities meet standards before launch.
• Guide product through legal, risk, and regulatory review processes and drive approvals for new features.
• Monitor product and system performance post-launch and escalate optimization opportunities to leadership.
• Demonstrate risk awareness and compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
